Auditions for the Vagina Monologues: January 26 (12-2 pm); January 31 (7-9 pm); February 2 (3-5 pm) – CAMP 372
Wednesday, February 20th at 7 pm: Deanne Bell – Just Call Her a Maverick Engineer ▪ Multipurpose Rooms A-C
National Engineers Week and kick off to Women’s History Month. Deanne can recite many digits of pi, but her talents don't stop there! An American television personality known for PBS's Design Squad, Discovery Channel's Smash Lab, and National Geographic's "The Egyptian Job“ she received her B.S. in mechanical engineering in 2002 from Washington University in St. Louis. Her work experience ranges from designing FLIR (Forward Looking Infrared) and LADAR optical navigation systems for the aerospace industry to doing product development for a CAD software startup.
Sunday, February 17 – 23 – National Engineers Week
There will be a number of activities all week long. Give particular attention to the announcement about the Saturday, 2/23 Design Competition where teams can win real $$$.
March 4th , 5th and 6th at 7 pm: Sex Bowl ▪ Barben Rooms
Monday – It’s About Prevention! Are you up-to-date on the “catchables?”.
